Enzy block helps to block the enzyme that causes male-pattern baldness and female baldness from the hormone "DHT". Testosterone is converted to DHT as we age. In men this can happen as early as age 13 and - in women - it usually occurs after menopause. The conversion of testosterone to DHT is caused by an enzyme called 5 alpha reductase.
